2012 PROPOSAL FOR THE NEAR FUTURE IS BEACH CLUB MEMBERSHIP/PASSPORT TO PLEASURE
The 4,000 plus lot owners who invested in Rotonda over two decades ago with now diminishing assets will make a good base for any promotion. They know the area and this should provide a good nucleus for a membership club when tied in with the sale or development of their property. If the lot owners list with Tall Pines Realty for the next 5 years, we can provide a service so it’s a WIN-WIN proposition.
As a follow up, an active Beach and Golf Club should get the owner’s attention. Properly sponsored as an offering by area business, this should help fill the vacant seats and benefit everyone on the Cape Haze Peninsula.
The “Passport to Pleasure” will be reprinted with a controlled participation. This is a cost effective way for a Joint Venture Promotion by sharing cost based on contribution and service. Tall Pines Realty will spearhead the project.
